So a year ago today, I agreed to date this amazing guy. I could have never imagined when I signed up to work at Epcot’s Food and Wine Festival that it would lead to me meeting the love of my life in a sticky science lab covered in green apple syrup and cotton candy and blue champagne. But here we are today, that guy I met at work over a year ago is now my boyfriend, and I couldn’t be more thankful for him. The way he loves me is unlike anything I’ve ever experienced. Despite spending the majority of our first year together in different states, we’ve already had so many adventures together, from visiting the Kennedy Space Center, to testing out our weather anchoring skills (or lack thereof), to climbing a canyon in the Texas desert together. I have laughed and cried with this boy and together we’ve shared plans for the future. I never could have imagined experiencing a relationship with another person like this, and as we celebrate our first year together, I can’t help but imagine and get excited for all of the years to come. I love you, Aaron Lisle. Thanks for being my best friend. ❤️
